This is wrong statement.

You can use nvrboot(/msutil/) to export NVRAMS to a file.
And use nvrboot to import from the file later on.

Actually, the NVRAMS should have been saved in
/efi/Microsoft/winnt50.?/boot???? .

So you can directly import this file to NVRAMS
when you boot windows/VTI.
