Hi, Akio!

This problem is ok now! :)

But...

Initializing random number generator...done.
Recovering nvi editor sessions... done.
INIT: Entering runlevel: 3
Starting system log daemon: syslogd.
Starting kernel log daemon: klogd.
Starting MTA: exim4.
Starting internet superserver: inetd.
Starting deferred execution scheduler: atd.
Starting periodic command scheduler: cron.

It stopped here (cron) !
I think that just more on step and I don`t disturb more! :)

Thanks!

This message is shown when disk configuration is wrong.

I look like the above disk configuration is wrong...
And please use hda(not use sda) in domU.

Can you make sure that /etc/fstab in domU's image and disk =[ 'xxx' ] in
domU config are correct?

Please see my old mail.
/etc/fstab in domU's image and disk =[ 'xxx' ] in domU config are the
same one.
