[Xen-ia64-devel] [Patch] fix AFLAGS again

Hi,

"AFLAGS = -nostdinc $CPPFLAGS" is removed.

I think we cannot cross compile xen.
See xen/arch/ia64/linux/Makefile.

I make a fix patch.
