Attached.  The console stuff is kind of weird, and should
probably be cleaned up someday.

Using Debian sid, 'make world' just works -- most of the
time; make sure you're using 'hg tip' (cset 10007 as of
this morning).  You can also use 'make install' after that,
but I prefer to do 'make install-tools' and then install
the kernels by hand (I get paranoid about such things :).

What kind of problems are you seeing?  Let's start with
the build process; after you have checked out a copy of
the source tree, can you run 'make world' successfully?
