[Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH 0/6] [P2M/VP step 4]

The following patches are for the P2M/VP step 4.
The P2M/VP patches merge effort is finished with these patches.
1/6 breaks domain destruction. But this is fixed by 5/6.
Now with VP model network should work.

Known bug:
With vp model foreign domain page mapping is broken.
As a result only 1 domU can be created at a time.
Anyway I've planned to re-write foreign domain page mapping,
It will be fixed with the new implementation.
