[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: update xenivt.S and xenentry.S

Hi,

this patch updates the two main xen-ified kernel files.

Tested by booting dom0+domU both SMP, at least 2 kernels have been compiled in 
domU.

[Ok, the test is rather short given the fondamental change, but at least SMP-g 
works again].
