This creates a config option that isn't accessible in menuconfig.
Normally I think such options have default y and are triggered by
their dependencies, for example the entry for XEN_BLKDEV_BACKEND

So either this needs to be default y, or it should be given a label so
it shows up in menuconfig.  For the latter, the syntax would be:
    bool "DOM0 VP Model"
