[Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH] Recompile asm-offsets.h at correct time

Recompile asm-offsets.h when header files are changed. Currently it's
not
recompiled even when important structures change after "hg pull" and 
thus make interface mismatch between xen and xenlinux. I've
encountered several times with tiring debug to find the reason. :-(
