Maybe we should up the default from 4GB. The problem on zx1 is that a 3GB chunk of memory is relocated very high in the address space. For certain ranges of memory (w/o virtual memmap), the page table is larger than available contiguous memory. If we just ignore that high memory for now, there's only a 3GB hole (1-4GB). A default of 64GB might be reasonable, just know that on zx1 you'll lose those 3GB until we add in virtual memmap support. Do any other boxes need this 4GB limit?
