[Xen-ia64-devel] CLONE_DOMAIN0 and DOMU_AUTO_RESTART

Are CLONE_DOMAIN0 and DOMU_AUTO_RESTART features used?
I'd like to remove codes related to CLONE_DOMAIN0 and
DOMU_AUTO_RESTART.
It simplifies the domain construction a bit.

I guess that those were needed for debugging in the very early
development stage and are now useless. Am I right?
DOMU_AUTO_RESTART might be useful for some users,
however it should be realized by a daemon in dom0 arch-independently
or something like that.

If there is no objections, I will make a patch.
