Don't change vhpt table when switching to idle domain, or else we have
to restore region registers too. Actually this change can also improve
performance a bit, since idle domain can inherit most of prev's
environment.

Without this change, we kept seeing vhpt fault when running host SMP.

Also removed print info within idle loop, since idle domain gets more
chance to run on another CPU.
