[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: stack pal call

Hi,

with this patch, stack pal calls are handled.  It also handle PAL_HALT.
Therefore, halt in domain0 stops the machine, while halt in domU shutdown the 
domain.
What a progress :-)

I still have to work on domain_relinquish_resources.
