[Xen-ia64-devel] Preliminary work on networking code

I did a little work on netback and balloon to get them
to compile for ia64. (netfront compiles without changes)
The attached patch on top of xen-unstable cset 7963 will
compile. A few notes:

1) The resulting linux uses Xen-specific alloc_skb
and __dev_alloc_skb so this will NOT be transparently
paravirtualizable. (It could be done with changes
to the x86 sparse files; I haven't done it.)
2) The resulting code isn't intended to work, just to
compile. It should identify the vast majority of
arch-dep lines in the netback/balloon code, but
may entirely miss other code that will need semantic
   changes to get networking working.
3) Because there are so many (25) "ifdef __ia64__"
it's unlikely this would be accepted into the
Xen tree. More work needs to be done first.
4) It might be possible (using the now-unused ia64
patch file mechanism) to shoehorn this code into
   the tree.
