[Xen-ia64-devel] RE: "Signed-Off-By < mail address>"



I would prefer the Signed-off-by line to be part of any significant patch that is submitted.
The hct tool can do this, but I just type it when I commit a change.
 
As a reminder, Signed-off-by has some implications.  See:

If you use hgct to commit changes (http://www.cyd.liu.se/~freku045/gct/) then
you can configure it to add a Signoff to the commit message automatically.  
It'll then appear in any patch you produce using "hg export" and in the hg
change history.
