Yep, that was it. I am now able to boot the second domain! Thanks for your help! This whole process is far too complex and error-prone to expect it to be used by any normal user. Perhaps when we can build from -sparse, it will be easier. Do you have a complete list of changes/patches to convert all the necessary files?
