Xen/ia64 and SEDF scheduler (was RE: [Xen-ia64-devel] Xen is now runnnig at Bull)

This reminds me... it would be great if someone would
track down the problem that Xen/ia64 has with sched=sedf
since it is now the default.  Probably some simple bug
fix...  Any volunteers?
