I have completed rebasing Xen/ia64 to use linux-2.6.13
files. Since I was making massive changes anyway, I
also took the opportunity to move some code around and
create a directory hierarchy under xen/arch/ia64.
I also (tersely) updated the README files in arch/ia64/tools.

I've compile- and run-tested a fresh pull with non-VTI.
Please try it with VTI. (I noticed a minor compile error
with CONFIG_VTI even before I started the rebasing.)
I don't know enough about hg but because I moved a lot
of things around, if you have build problems, you may want
to pull and try a fresh tree.

Now (finally) back to some real work, including trying
out Kevin's/John's patches for multi-domain.

Dan
