Dan,

How about use XEN=/path/to/xen within xenlinux Makefile and some glue to
symlink files.  We can come out patch for xenlinux build early next week
if it is agreed approach.

Can you pull the flattened tree, from  xen-ia64-unstable-Intel.hg, which
doesn't depend on Linux source for build?  We will need to build the
Makefile patch against flattened tree.
