[Xen-ia64-devel] [Patch] Enable boot param pass on XEN/IA64

Hi, Dan,
        Attached is the patch to enable boot param parse on XEN/IA64.
Previously the whole command line is only for guest, with xen to use
some default hardcode config. With this patch, now user can use
"com2=57600,8n1 console=com2" style to steer xen. This change also
accommodate Keir's serial clean, to make serial re-work on VTI on Tiger4
box. Based on comment from list, now user should use "--" to split the
command line, with the latter part for guest kernel. Example like:
"com2=57600,8n1 console=com2 -- console=ttyS1 console=tty root=/dev/sda3
ro"
        Patch is made upon xeno-unstable, which can be checked into
xeno-unstable-ia64 after sync.
