I tried the code without much luck.  After
changing the serial output default so that
I could see what was happening, it dies quickly
telling me that I don't have hardware support
(which is correct behavior of course).

Then I recompiled with CONFIG_VTI=n and
I couldn't get it to boot.  But then I realized
my xenlinux was paravirtualized (with changes
that are now in top-of-trunk but probably
weren't in your branch yet), so fell back
to an unparavirtualized (privified) xenlinux and...
it works!  It booted on my rx2600 all the way
to the graphical login screen.

Good work!  Now if only I had a box to test
the VTi code on...
