Ricardo,

Take a look at xen/arch/ia64/tools/README.xenia64.  You have to have a
linux-2.6.11 tree at the same level as your xeno-unstable-ia64.bk tree,
then run arch/ia64/tools/mkbuildtree.  It looks like you are missing this
step.
