This is a little ugly. Can we perhaps reduce ugliness by a third through
omitting pirq_dpci_out here? The caller can trivially compute it from
*info_out.
An option to reduce ugliness by another third would be to have the
function return e.g. struct hvm_irq_dpci *, encoding error indicators
by the macros supplied by xen/err.h.
