[PATCH 0/5] xen/arm: Fixes and improvements to SMCCC

Patch 1 is a bugfix for the issue reported by Jan Setje-Eilers.  It needs
backporting to Xen 4.22.

Everything else is because I couldn't bear to leave the code generation in
such a bad state.
