From: Edwin Török <edvin.torok@xxxxxxxxxx> For live update, oxenstored wants to clear CLOEXEC on the evtchn handle, so it survives the execve() into the new oxenstored. Have the new interface match how cloexec works in other Ocaml standard libraries.
