Linux kernel relies on MEMRESERVE EFI configuration table for memory page , but this table is not supported by Xen. This patch adds a MEMRESERVE configuration table into the system table, it points to a dummy data structure acpi_table_memreserve, this structure has the consistent definition with the Linux kernel. Following the method in Xen, it creates a table entry for the structure acpi_table_memreserve.
