Ian, can you force push this?

The qcow2 failed test seems to be the same issue as in the
xen-4.12-testing flight, a guest kernel thread failing to suspend.

The arm64-credit1 test doesn't even launch qemu, so it's result doesn't matter
to qemu-upstream-* flights.
