Wouldn't the entire XEN_DOMCTL_VM_EVENT_OP_MONITOR case
in vm_event_domctl() then better be put in an #ifdef instead?
Otherwise, style wise I think I sort of agree with Razvan: We don't
seem to have any examples of {} together on their own line. We
do have example though with them together at the end of the
preceding line, which I think is better than having { and } separately
on their own lines.
