I guess this is supposed to be NFC, but you don't say so.  Have you
run standalone-generate-dump-flight-runvars and diffed the result
before and after ?

In general that's a good thing to do when editing the flight
construction stuff.

I recommend
  OSSTEST_CONFIG=standalone-config-example eatmydata 
./standalone-generate-dump-flight-runvars
