[Xen-devel] [PATCH v3 09/21] x86/mm: rename and move update_intpte



That function is only used by PV guests supporting code, add pv_
prefix.

Export it via pv/mm.h. Move UPDATE_ENTRY as well.

Now it is no longer an inline function, but I don't think that matters
