According to the description about APIC base address in "ADVANCED PROGRAMMABLE INTERRUPT CONTROLLER (APIC) -> "LOCAL APIC" -> "Local APIC Status and Location", the APIC base address is set to 0xFEE00000H as a result of reset or power-up.
