it reports:

checking for PyArg_ParseTuple in -lpython2.7... no
configure: error: Unable to find a suitable python development library
configure: error: ./configure failed for tools

My system is ubuntu16.04 LTS, with kernel linux-4.8.10

I have installed python2.7 & python3.7 including python*-dev

I have did everything i can image...

what's going wrong..? I'm desiring for help...
