[Xen-devel] [PATCH 05/11] xen/arm: vpl011: Initialize nr_spis in vgic_init in Xen to atleast 1

Ensure that nr_spis intialized in in vgic_init is atleast 1 to allow allocation 
of
pl011 spi virq.
