This is due to
 * the qemu tags for 4.5.2 being primarily in the new unified qemu tree
 * them having been copied to {,staging/}qemu-upstream-4.5-testing.git
 * but me (or someone) not running git-update-server-info
 * us not having backported the Config.mk qemu reference commit

I have done the git-update-server-info.
