You have some Linux specific options in the Xen command line. For
example:

iommu=pt iommu=1 unrestricted_guest=1 msi=1 swiotlb=force console=ttyS0 
com1=115200,8n1 console=com1 dom0_mem=min:1024Mi loglvl=all 
apic_verbosity=debug e820f

'swiotlb' is a Linux one. The 'Mi' looks buggy. Did you mean 1024M ?

And I am not seeing the 'mce=off' on the Xen line?

Anyhow, if you boot with 'sync_console' you may get more on the console.

Doing 'mcelog --ascii' to figure out the MCE does not get much:

Which  I am not sure what it means .. That would require looking
