It somehow passed. And now it is blocking the push. There are two more flights (59721, 59736) that tested the same commit, but they failed due to infrastructure problems. So those two reports should be ignored. In light of this test being allowable to fail, we don't have any blocking test failure in this flight. I suggest we do a force push.
