AFAIK xenfs was an area of research back then which never made it to completion. I don't know of any extant code or repositories etc and Mark is no longer active in the community. (don't confuse xenfs with Linux's xenfs file system, which provides the /proc/xen interfaces but are nothing to do with filesystems in the sense you want here).
