Ack. FAOD the two interfaces should be:
int xc_domain_maximum_gpfn(xc_interface *xch, domid_t domid, xen_pfn_t *gpfns);
int xc_domain_nr_gpfns(xc_interface *xch, domid_t domid, xen_pfn_t *gpfns);
