Official Xen policy is that OSs that want to run on Xen should take a
copy of those headers into their own source tree.

libdft is its own project. I have no idea why we have a copy of it in
xen.git. I think this is wrong.

That's build system stuff which Mini-OS should grow its own
(preferably sane) version of.
