If you mean supervisor call (i.e. the result of executing an svc
instruction) then no, Xen isn't involved in that at all, it is all
internal to the guest.

So if I want to intercept the system call (such as ioctl), is there any way for Xen to do this without setting HCR.TGE? Or Xen can't intercept any system call at all?
