Actually removing this overlay file causes another problem.

Wheezy's grub uses submenu and there's no way to disable it. It will
cause our setup routine fail to spot the boot entry we want!

Somebody already filed a bug (#690538) long time ago but Wheezy itself
it's not going to fix that. How annoying!

The way I see to move forward is to remove this overlay file, import
latest 20_linux_xen, patch it and reference #690538 and the bug number
for adding in xenpolicy file.  And I will stick this patch at the
beginning of my series.

Of course I can always leave this overlay file along and try to patch
