DOM0 should only boot with Device Tree and not using EFI. I suspect that
Xen is copying the EFI properties/nodes in the DOM0 DT.

We have to remove at least the following parameters from the device tree:

- linux,uefi-system-table
- linux,uefi-mmap-start
- linux,uefi-mmap-size
- linux,uefi-mmap-desc-size
- linux,uefi-mmap-desc-ver
