Ok. I see it. So it has nothing to do with APICv. But Andrew said it fixed 
APICv migration issue. Strange!

I remember you told me it is able to observer the issue via xenstore-ls:

I was able to reproduce it with Xen upstream. And it is disappearing with my 
fixing patch(
