berlios is/was just a hoster, like sourceforge, not a vtpm project in
itself)

Looks like there is some stuff now at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tpm-emulator.berlios/ although I dont
know if this is official or a mirror.

Also CCing Daniel who may know what is going on.
