I have tried your patch along with the suggestion of changing
" add     x1, x1, x0, lsr #2      // Get word offset"
to
"  mov     r0, r0, lsr #5
  add     r1, r1, r0, lsl #2      @ Get word offset "

This manages me to get DOM0 and DOMU working on XGENE with latest
Linux kernel ( 3.15.0-rc1) on XGENE.
