[Xen-devel] [PATCH v3 0/2] ns16550 fixes and refactoring

Reposting rebased to staging, only the second patch had a v2, but
calling this v3 to avoid confusion.

All that is lacking is Keir's ack on the first patch.

Since this is a pretty ugly issue on arm64 I'd like to commit sooner
rather than later. Keir any objections?
