FYI this also needs a ./autogen.sh run. I will apply the following:

commit 9f76ae8c00ef499b7a5708ec2087671bbf908af5
Author: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@xxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Mar 12 13:59:12 2014 +0000

tools: rerun autogen.sh after version change

94ad20b737bb "README, xen/Makefile: Branching for 4.5" changed the version.
