[Xen-devel] bug report - the respose of EIO in VHD with tapdisk2

Hi，

My environment.XEN version is 4.0.4，Domain 0 kernel is 3.0.101，DomianU kernel is

2.6.32.57, PVHVM model, 8 GB system disk & 200GB data disk in VHD by blktap2.

The problem is  errorcode  of EIO when I pressed it whith   "./iozone -I -s 2G -r 512k -r 1m -r 2m -r 4m -i 0 -i 1 -f /data/iozone_test.tmp".

4108367(vreq->sec, but random each time), in failed queue and the only one element(list_head   next->prev == next->next in gdb), failed in alloc_vhd_request continuously 100 times, so labeled with  BLKIF_RSP_ERROR and sent to complete queue. The following is log and 2810252557 is  timestemp of tsc.
