I think that on ARM it makes sense to rename the current implementation of set_phys_to_machine to set_foreign_p2m_mapping. I also makes sense to change the call to set_phys_to_machine with INVALID_P2M_ENTRY as a parameter to restore_foreign_p2m_mapping.
