Yes .. and that still has the general problem of being completely non-verbose 
for qemu-xen.
But that's perhaps depending on taste (i like verbose log files .. especially 
for a debug build)

So from qemu-dm-xmbc.log:
char device redirected to /dev/pts/19

And xl-xbmc.log only seems to have what -vvvvv also showed.

If it would log something :-)
passing through stderr of qemu (when it fails) would be nice i guess.
