Uh, yes, I see it now. I've no idea how I missed it yesterday.

Oh. /usr/include/ocaml is a symlink to /usr/lib/ocaml/caml and for some
reason "grep CAMLreturnT /usr/include" doesn't recurse into it, whereas
"grep CAMLreturnT /usr/include/caml" does! How odd!
